My name is Nicol, and I am a proud Gambian woman who grew up surrounded by the beautiful flavors and traditions of West African cooking. My journey with food started when I was very young, helping my mother in the kitchen and learning the recipes that have been passed down through generations.
Those early moments in the kitchen taught me that cooking is not just about food — it’s about love, family, and bringing people together. The aromas, the spices, and the care that goes into every dish are all part of my story.
Today, I share that same passion through my cooking. I prepare traditional Gambian and West African dishes for catering, events, and special occasions. Every meal is made with the same love and dedication I learned growing up at home.
